I feel super cheated now, with 6400 gems down the drain and lacking the skin I thought was gonna be in there.
16 unlocks later, I own 16/16 items from the chest and no Ne Zha Fire Lord.
Each time I didn't get it, thinking I was at least closer to getting it and I may as well continue since I had gone this far. Clicking on Fire Lord Ne Zha skin in store or on his skins screen leads you to Primal Hunter Chest (on PS4 at least).
